Nobu style restaurant in North Palm Beach.
The Palm Beach Post gave a great review to a Japanese restaurant in North Palm Beach a few weeks back and my wife threw it out by mistake. Does anyone know the restaurant?

Kubo is amazing. Have gone for dinner and lunch now. Absolutely delicious with awesome service. The most unique menu in South Florida. The green tea infused salmon with yuzu gelee and basil was one of the best things we've ever had. Shockingly good. Try it out. You won't be disappointed.

A lot of chefs in the area have been going to Kubo, which should be an indication of what it is about.
