Shopping for first Pressure Cooker

I think I'm going to go with one of the Fagor Duo models. Having a hard time deciding between a 6 or 8 qt. I'd love to use it for chicken and stock as well as beans, rice, etc. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

I bought a Fagor set with the 4 and 8 quart pots last year and haven't made anything yet that couldn't have been made in a 6 quart. The four quart has been far more useful than I expected, but then I'm only cooking for two. It's always nice to have a slightly bigger pot than you need so you aren't worrying about capacity, but that said I think I will eventually get a 6 quart as well.

Is there anything that I couldn't make in the smaller if I had the larger or vice versa? I'm trying to think it out before I commit to a size. Thank you all for your thoughts!

According to "Pressure cookers for Dummies" 6 quart is the most commonly produced size and can accommodate recipes of 4-8 servings.

A 5lb chicken fits nicely in my 6qt Fagor.
