      Bistro 55 in Rochelle Park.

Bergen county is filled with dreadful bars.

More info, please...? Can't find anything about it online. They don't appear to have a website. How long has it been open? What do you like about it?

The lack of info about this place on the internet is simply astounding. Having no web presence speaks to the aspirations of your business. Sounds like a 'skip it' to me. I'd be shocked if it's still in business in a year, unless they have a very huge underground following, which seems unlikely.

I've heard an undercurrent of buzz about a wine bar in Englewood just adjacent to the Bergen PAC Theater-- any word on this place?

Grand Cru next to Bergen PAC. Another place - Caprizza opened on the other side of the theater and has a dj on the weekends.
Also suggest the bar at Nisi which has stools, hi tops and couch seating. The bar at the clinton inn in tenafly has a good selection of wines by the glass but can be a little quiet.

I haven't eaten dinner there since it first opened so any opinion would be outdated. I have ordered the pizza at the bar and some of the other bar foods, which were all good.

I was referring to Uncorked, not Bistro 55. If you can find info on that place I'll give you 50 cents.

Taos in East Rutherford is a nice bar.

The Porter House Grill in Norwood has a very large Wine List

I believe Blend in Ridgewood has a nice wine list too but I haven't been there in a while and i don't see the list available online

The Grand Cru/Englewood web site actually looks pretty interesting, and it's a real wine bar, not a bar with wine...

                Anybody been?

Bin 14 in Hoboken! What every great wine bar should be... Large selection of wines in 1 or 2 ounce pours, and incredible small plates, eagerly paired by attentive staff

                  Bin 14
1314 Washington St, Hoboken, NJ 07030

Is that a better choice than Grand Cru?
