Chinese-Style Clams Casino

Back in the day, a restaurant in Brooklyn called "Mah Jong," owned by Phil Chin, made the most incredible Clams Casino i've ever tasted - giant clam shells filled with chopped up clams, crisp bacon, green peppers, and an amazing bread crumb-type was heaven. Can anyone recommend a Chinese Restaurant in the NYC area that makes a great Clams Casino-style dish?

  1. amazing 66 has a conch dish that sounds like you'll like. it's one of their chef's special / highly recommended. it's a pretty decent cantonese restaurant overall too.
