You can easily walk to Keens Steakhouse. It's iconic. Porterhouse is dry-aged, the mutton chop is wonderful, the prime rib is epic. Best selection of single-malt Scotch in the city. Been around since 1885. You won't leave hungry.

If seafood is your preference, I highly recommend Le Bernardin, 155 W. 51st. (bet 6th & 7th Ave). Your meal will be most memorable and will be a short cab drive down 7th Ave to Penn Station on 33td St. That's only a mile and a half. Reservations are hard to come by so you have to plan well ahead.

If you have the time (and the budget), head to Eleven Madison Park. For a more reasonable (but still upscale) and more convenient option, go to Keens.
