Looking for inexpensive duck fat in Calgary

Title says it all, I'm looking for a good inexpensive source for duck fat in Calgary for some confit-action this weekend.

Second to None Meats carry Brome Lake duck fat in 300gm tubs. I bought some for around $6.

There is a Leduc Farm called Greens, Eggs & Ham that sells everything duck. Their website shows they sell duck fat ($5/pound). Last week I saw them at the Crossroads Farmer's market in Calgary, but I don't know if they're their regularly (my first time at that market, just visiting from Edmonton). Anyways, you might want to drop them a line:

Greens, Eggs & Ham are regulars at the Kingsland Farmer's Market, which is open Thursdays to Sundays. I just happen to have their brochure right next to me and they do sell duck fat. Just to make sure they have it on hand, e-mail them at greenseggsham AT xplornet DOT com. They seem willing to take requests and reserve anything for you.

As for the price, I have no idea.

I've seen it at the Cookbook Co, don't know the pricing. Maybe at T & T? I'm leery of Chinese ingredients though: always have thoughts of Melamine......
Maybe try calling L'Epicerie or Bite.
