I know many of you have probably already seen this, but I've seen the name Bittman around here several times. :)

I'll miss his column. I have been making his Citrus Salad since I saw the video.
It's such a good dish and looks amazingly colorful for the long and snowy winter
we are having here in Boston.

While I enjoyed reading The Minimalist, and was sorry to see it go, I was very glad to read at the end of the article, that he will be writing for the NY Times Magazine. Their cooking articles have been overall very disappointing since Molly O'Neill left, and Bittman may be just what the magazine needs.
