Mt. Adams Fish House, Cincinnati

The Wine Me Dine Me blog (linked off the Cincinnati Enquirer webpage) reports that the Mt. Adams Fish House is closed, and that a Mexican place may occupy the location.

Ate at the Fish House twice. We enjoyed it both times but it wasn't cheap, and the expense kept us from going back more often. So, where do you get good fish in Cincinnati, someplace that's not a chain and offers more than just salmon and shrimp?

Jungle Jim's -- and cook it yourself. Seriously, that's my best offer, unless you go to a good sushi place.

Luckily, I live around the corner from Keegan's.

I"ve stopped there a few times. It's not as good / fresh as Jungle Jim's, but it's good. I just don't find myself near it very often.

Now the Lobsta Bakes place in Newtown? Boy. Talk about overpriced.
