Just read the article on Eater about 10 Awkward Dining Moments, and one dealt with what to do if you were seated in Siberia. I'm interested to hear about where you think Siberia is in some of the nicer, 3 or 4 star places in town.
Next to the restrooms, kitchen, and serving stations (exception--Le Relais de Venise L'Entrecote where you get to watch your/others food being kept warm--but of course, this isn't a 3 or 4 star restaurant either). I don't think EMP or Per Se even have a "Siberia". I would consider Bouley's back room to be "Siberia".
