My 5.5 quart Le Creuset is shipping today. What should I make this weekend?

I've wanted this forever. I intend to cook most of the weekend. Please give me some ideas to get started. What's the best thing you make in yours?

Anything from the above post...braising is incredible this time of year. Short ribs would be my first choice as well. :)

Yes. I love short ribs braised in red wine. There are so many versions of recipes for this meal but I like Martha Stewart recipe best. ( Takes two days to complete but very simple, too. ) The one in the bonapetit, I linked, is second.

southernitalian, how appropriate for my suggestion, Chicken Vesuvio. I modify the recipe and use only chicken breasts, but it's a great meal in a single pot. http://www.great-chicago-italian-reci... I haven't cooked anything from this site that wasn't fantastic.
