Will be in Yokohama in late August. Any recs for excellent Japanese food? About seven years ago my wife and I were treated to our first and best kaiseki meal in Yokohama. It was a small, nondescript place with a second floor dining room. I'll trade the name and location for a second round draft choice at a later date:--)

    Kissho does a nice kaiseki-style chef's menu for Y8000: http://r.gnavi.co.jp/g065304/

For something more casual, Kurobutaya specializes in Berkshire pork dishes - everything from charcoal-grilled pork to pork sausages and dumplings. http://www.bento.com/rev/2599.html
