Four adults, at least two who are adventurous and one who is not will be visiting Andalucia. Three days each in Granada and Seville.

Please recommend some reasonably priced places for meals and what is best to order in each.

Thank you all in advance.

Have you read this long thread about Granada?

You might want to define what you mean when you say reasonably priced. I found food prices to be more or less akin, possibly a bit lower, to those in New York City, with shellfish being the highest priced food catagory. A meals for two in a well regarded but by no means luxurious, place in Granada cost us about 65 euro without dessert and coffee but with a bottle of local wine. (Bar Oliver) I would put it on your list if you like seafood and if that is the price range you are contemplating.
