I watched it on French TV a couple of years ago in Martinique, so it should definitely be on TV in Paris. I believe the poster above got it right, it's on TF1. If you're at a hotel they should definitely have it.
Also, check with Joe Allen/Paris, this is an American restaurant with a sports theme in Paris.
Be prepared to be up all night with the 6 hour time difference though...
