Yikes! Need a restaurant for pre- Kennedy Center meal on Valentine's Day

So my honey got tickets for an artist I really want to see. Performance is at 8:00 p.m. Need suggestions for a romantic restaurant (where we can still get reservations) for a pre-theater meal. Needs to have parking for disabled, but romantic love bird. Love most cuisines with the exception of sushi. Help!

I third the rec for Marcel's. Fantastic food, romantic setting, + car service to and from Kennedy Center, so you can enjoy your dessert post-performance. Now that's a Valentine's Day date!

Blue Duck Tavern or New Heights. Not sure what you consider romantic but they would work for me.

New Heights may present accessibility issues (dining room is upstairs and ven the fron entrance has 1-2 steps) though it is a great venue for dinner - may not be as easy as usual to get from there to Kennedy Center since ramp into Rock Creek Parkway is being renovated and is closed often but still not hard to get from there to KenCen using Connecticut Ave and downtown streets (just need to leave a bit more time)

Sorry -- I forgot about New Heights accessibility issues, that is very true and was an important requirement given by the OP. Also I did not know about Rock Creek Parkway ramp.

The restaurant on top of the KenCen is a pretty setting (haven't eaten there in a long time) and reduces stress in terms of having to get dinenr done in time to get back in vehicle, travel, and park at Ken Cen (which I assume you are doing)

Rivers at Watergate - food was good, parts of the room were pretty but we experienced service problems - room appeared accessible though don't know about parking

Marcels may be a good bet
