Last Meal in NY?

I will be leaving New York in a few months and want a memorable last meal. We have done Per Se (loved it), Eleven Madison Park (loved it both times), Corton, the Modern, Blue Hill, Blue Hill at Stone Barns (loved it), Gotham, Gramercy Tavern, Aquavit, Peasant, Ko, Ssam Bar, Noodle Bar, Telepan, and others I just can't think of right now.

I want the meal to be at somewhere we have not been and somewhere we will desperately miss once we are gone. I was thinking Le Bernadin. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. With months to save, money doesn't matter. But, her aversion to sushi probably rules out Masa.

Thanks!

If your wife's aversion to sushi doesn't extend to seafood in general, then Le Bernardin, easily.

Have you been to EMP since the change-up (their streamlining of the menu, in which the dishes are confined to the primary ingredient)? If not, it could be a different experience for you, worth going to again? SHO might be another option. It sounds like you have covered most of the bases otherwise besides Le Bernardin!

Le Bernardin would be my own choice for a memorable last meal in New York. The cuisine is so impeccable and exquisitely refined.

You also can't go wrong with Jean Georges, Daniel, Picholine, and Marea, if you haven't been yet.
