I love this guy Chef Bosco Pereira. I have no idea who he is (nothing telling pops up through a google, let me know if you know), seems to be of Christian Indonesian origin??? He has a wealth of knowledge about Asian cuisines, in particular South East Asian cuisines. He goes on tweet soliloquies about Hawker food in Singapore, regional Indonesian cuisine, Thai ingredients, and other stuff. I get so much info from these tweet series, I really love it. Very exciting!
