Ideas for upscale/gourmet Saturday lunch spots in Manhattan?

I love Jean George and Cafe Boulud, but I am looking for fun new places for Saturday lunch. Really excellent cuisine a must -- for example, Grammercy Tavern has fab food but is a bit casual.
