Best Place for Easter Brunch on Maui?

We will be in Maui over Easter. We are staying in Kaanapali but would be willing to drive to another part of the island, more specifically, Wailea (Ritz? Four Seasons?) for a special brunch. I'm looking for something really pretty and with great food, not your run-of-the-mill breakfast buffet. Thanks in advance!
