Tips for a cozy bar by Washington and West 12th

I'm heading over to an early dinner around Washington and West 12th and I'm looking for a decent, cozy little spot to get a good drink and to get out of the cold. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

      If you're going on the early side, the Rusty Knot should be quite delightful (it tends to turn into a crapfest later in the evening) 425 West St
