Restaurant Depot

Just noticed that the new building going up at Earhart and Broad is the future home of a Restaurant Depot. I have no personal experience with this store but I'm kind of excited about it. Can anyone shed light on what to expect?

    Restaurant Depot is a wholesale supplier requiring membership, with details re: qualifications on their website. If you're fortunate enough to qualify (or have a friend who does) it's a pretty terrific source of all kinds of bulk food, paper goods and commercial cookware.
