Denver Restaurant Week- Best place for the price

  • 3

I have recently moved to the Denver area and this is my first restaurant week in Denver. Based upon my experience in other cites there are certain places the restaurant week menu is a steal and showcases the restaurant and others that are not worht it seeing 1) the signauter dishes are not included or 2) dining there normally would be cheaper and the better choice.

Just looking for some help navigating. So many places to choose from!! We may have to go more than once.

  1. I always recommend Restaurant Kevin Taylor. It's a fairly expensive restaurant, and they offer a good menu during Restaurant Week. There are other very good places however they greatly scale down their menu. That would be my choice for best value.

    1. Hard question to answer. One could search the list and see which menus offer the greatest discount. That would probably be Kevin Taylor, Palace Arms, and a few others. But there are a ton of restaurants that are great and where the restaurant week menu offers a very good discount. If I were you, I'd read this thread: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/670760 and see what restaurants in that thread intrigue you, and compare to the restaurant week list: http://www.denver.org/denverrestauran... Almost all the restaurants have menus online, so you can figure out which ones give you a good value.

I have had fantastic restaurant week meals at Kevin Taylor, Rioja, and TAG, off of the top of my head.

      1. At this point, many DRW participants are booked up, so whatever your decision, reserve fast.
