FOOD TRUCKS RALEIGH/DURHAM/RTP

We have been watching food trucks news in the Raleigh Durham area on the net.. We will be at the Sheraton in the RTP for a week in Feb for continuing education. Would appreciate where, when ,how to, and which is a must recommendations for food trucks. We like all types of food.
