Xinjiang/Uyghur restaurants near Boston?

Hi all

Are there any Xinjiang/Uyghur restaurants near Boston (within 1 hour drive)?

      No, I don't believe that there are. You'll find dishes like Cumin Lamb at Golden Garden in Belmont, and at Zoe's and Wang's in Somerville. Since Beijing Star closed, you can't get yang rou pao mo in the Boston area (yes, that's more of a Xi'an dish, but those kinds of lamb stews are not uncommon further West in China too). The excellent bread at the Helmand or the excellent da bing at Formosa Taipei in Lexington has reminded me of breads from Kashgar.

        The closest one is probably in Brooklyn's Brighton Beach. I ate there last year.
