ate at Brasa 2 weekends ago and it good. We just ate way too much as they keep coming around with meats for you to sample. The app bar and salad bar were very good. I didn't try it but some at our table raved about the banana soup. The house sirlon was very tastey. Passed on the chicken hearts.

re: countgrog
Do they have any other off cuts? Rio didn't the last time I was there, and that's the only one in the area I've been to. I'm not sure what's typical in Brazil- I'm more used to parillada, which is the rough equivalent of rodizio as it exists in the Spanish-speaking countries in South America. Parillada was like having the entire meat case at Piggly Wiggly or Food Lion cooked for you.

Agree on Rio - not sure why, exactly, but I like the Cary one better too. I like Chamas best of the three, haven't been to Brasa. Chamas will bring a side dish of fried plantains to your table - I absolutely love theirs. I also like their selection from the buffet better as well. They have some really good cheeses.
