Chinese cooking for a crowd - and fortune cookies?

I'm hosting a pot luck of 10-20 bodies for the Lunar New Year. I have a pretty small wok, and I'll be hosting, so I'm looking for recipes that come together and scale easy - maybe something I can do in the oven or in a dutch oven on the stove? I have the Breath of a Wok, and Fuschia Dunlop's books, but I'm not really finding anything that fits the bill.

Also, does anyone have a good/easy recipe for fortune cookies? I know they're not Chinese, but I'd like to have some fun with my guests.

Fold 'em while their hot, otherwise they won't fold. Happy Year of the Rabbit!

Epicurious has a Lunar New Year article with lots of recipes:

      I highly recommend this:

Your wok can be used as a steamer by placing chopstick in them.
