Any good Italian restaurants that have stone crabs?

Problem: my dad really likes Italian food, but when I visit I want stone crabs just about every night. Is there any restaurant that has Italian AND stone crabs? (Has to be good food, though -- price not an issue). Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Billy's Stone Crab in Hollywood has some good Italian dishes and excellent seafood. Pricey, but should make everyone happy. Reservations recommended for a group.

I have to LOL because I fucking love Billy's but for reasons I can't go into, my dad hates it and refuses to go.

So... any place other than Billy's?

You might try Johnny V's. Not sure if they have stone crabs, though. Might have to settle for lobster fra diavlo.
