Looking to find wildgame restaurants close by...we're out in Montgomery County and looking to head out for dinner Saturday night for a birthday celebration. If anyone knows of a wild game restaurant in SE, PA please let me know. We have already tried Half Moon in Kennett Square, which was good, but looking for more of a dinner experience instead of pub...

The best suggestion in the Bucks County area is actually in Hunterdon County, the Sergentsville Inn. Their current menu lists alligator (camen actually), boar, pheasant, and venison. The Inn is a delightful place to eat and has a reasonably priced wine list. Its about 10 miles from Lambertville (which is across the river from New Hope.) Not sure if that is beyond your willingness to travel but it is a very good place to eat.

I remember the Lambertville Station used to have alligator and ostrich as specials, and some others on the menu. It would be very nice for a celebration dinner.

I looked at their menu and the Hamilton Grill Menu and both seem to have removed most if not all of their game from their menu, at least according to each of their web sites. I was very surprised. Lambertville Station was the first place I had thought of.
