I want to make duck confit spinach pappardelle. Besides making my own duck confit from scratch, what are my options? Where can I get good duck confit(Confit de Canard )?

yes, i agree with the OYAMA suggestion - in fact I looked at the confit the other day in their stall on granville island - i did not buy it but it looked tempting (along with all their other products on display)
