got me thinking about the best dish i had last year. after agonizing for a good 15, 20 seconds, i'm going with the wild mushroom pierogies at gautreau's. my memory isn't the best, so i may have had something technically better than them, but on that chilly night, among good company, those pierogies were perfect.
