Steak Frites

Anyone know where one can find real honest-to-goodness steak frites here in the DFW area? I mean the type of frites where they are skinny and double fried, crispy on the outside, soft warm goodness on the inside? Maybe with a NY strip steak and some garlic aioli on the side? I haven't found anything good since leaving the NYC area almost 3 years ago (and Pastis was my fave place there).

Toulouse on Knox has a great steak frite with thin crispy fries.

Mignon in Plano served a very tasty steak frites the last time I was there, although to confess, it was some 3-4 years ago.

The Old Monk. Skinny and tasty. They don 't serve steak, but their frites come with their mussels, or you can order them as a side with something else.

I love the steak frites at Neighborhood Services Tavern. "Voodoo sauce" instead of garlic aioli, and flatiron instead of strip - but the meat flavor is intense and delicious. They make fantastic french fries too. They're not super skinny, but have great potato flavor and just crisp enough. And the price is pretty reasonable for a steak of that quality.
