Found this on another site - not you tube - labeled as "cooking with dog" and of course had to see what the heck was going on. Must be the name of the show?
It's kinda quirky, endearing really. I have never had anything like this either. Thought chowhounds might like it too.

Great YouTube video. The surprising thing is the narrator -- fairly heavy Japanese accent, but the script is surprisingly well written. Likely quite an interesting story behind that, I imagine.
