Any good fesenjoon recipes?
After a quick check of the boards, I couldn't find any posts about my favorite Persian dish, fesenjoon. I love the creamy and tart walnut and pomegranate flavor, and am convinced I am helping my local Persian restaurant pay a good chunk of their rent by ordering it all the time.
Does anyone have a good recipe to share about how to make it? I'd love to prepare it for myself at home.
