Catered Pig Roast?

Anyone have any suggestions for a caterer that will come to our house in Nassau County and do a pig roast? Thanks.

    Just a suggestion, which is also made in the groundrules for posting. Had you added Nassau County to your initial posting, think how many of us wouldn't have bothered with looking at your initial post.

      My friend had a wedding that was catered by Fig and Pig Catering. They did awesome stuff. Roasted a whole pig and then did lots of pig related things...ham hock terrine, bacon wrapped figs, pig skins, etc. It was awesome. It was super classy but real. This is their link.

        Try Will Breakstone. He's a competition pitmaster and was the owner of Willie B's BBQ in Bayshore (well reviewed by Newsday). He's now doing BBQ at Lilly Flanagan's.
