Dinner for 8 in Center City

Looking for a reasonably quiet place to have a business-related dinner for 8 on Thursday night. I only know one of the other couples and have no idea of food likes/dislikes of anyone. Knowing that it is Restaurant Week, I'm thinking most restaurants will be more crowded than typical for a Thursday or even fully booked. Trying to find a place where we can talk is important.

Would appreciate any recs for where to go.

Davio's is always a good choice for a business dinner.

I would recommend Lacroix. Even on a busier night, they don't pack tables in, back to back, so it's rarely full and never noisy. You can request a more private space as well.

James also has a private space, but their dining room isn't noisy either, and they are outside of the "center city restaurant week" boundaries.

Try Tweed on S. 12th st. It's a place that has a low decibel level.
