What's up with Town Talk Diner?

My best friend went over to Town Talk on Sat for drinks...and were given the menu with the server's caveat - "I should tell you now that we're out of most every cocktail." HUH? TTD is known for great cocktails? Apparently, there is little or no liquor for most of their cocktails....and it has been this way for almost 3 months? Something about vendors not being paid?

Does anyone know more? Is TTD going down? Just wondering!

Bummer. I heard it started going downhill about a year after the new owners took over. It was a favorite of mine under the original ownership.

I think that would go over well, considering the alternative across the street. Heck, I'd go out of my way to eat at the 'old fashioned' Town Talk. There used to be a few decent breakfast joints in that neighborhood, but then they went and 'developed' it.
