Anyone ever go to Zin (on Avenue Rd across from Whole Foods) for dim sum?

I am frequently in the neighbourhood near brunch time and was thinking of trying it out. Opinions on veg/seafood dim sum in particular?

Don't do it! Really do not. You would be better off getting dim sum at Spring Rolls down the block. You could also try the glitzy Crown Princess at Wellesley and Yonge Street for closest dim sum. Can't think of anywhere else in the neighbourhood.

Dynasty has reopened at a new location on Yorkville, near Bay Street.

Have to disagree on that. Zin is clean, well run, and makes everything freshly. The selection is small by comparison to Dynasty, but the service is much better. Comparing it to spring rolls is absurd.

Yes, selection does appear small but if you only go there now and then, not a big deal.
