Seven Stars Szechuan Crab
I can't seem to find their website, & the menu I did find online has no description. I've read lots of good, no, great, things about their crab. ok-- how is it prepared? Why does it seem to be universally recommended? Thanks.
Cheers!

FT, The crab is live when you order it and then steaming on your plate about 2 minutes later. The crab is wok fried with spicy Szechuan peppers that will require a good stash of Kleenex to consume. In a world of bland food--especially seafood--this dish rocks.

re: FishTales
Last time I went it had absolutely no flavor or spice. I used to be a regular there and it was always great, but now that I don't know anyone there (we go to Bamboo Garden instead) they made it way too tame. The waitress even told me, "sometimes American people don't like spicy." So be sure to emphasize you can handle spice. Hopefully that will help.
