Crepes

I have a French recipe for a mound of crepes with a mushroom and spinach filling, which would be great for a dinner party for my vegetarian friends. However, I'm not talented enough to make crepes from scratch.

Does anyone know a place in the South Jersey/Philadelphia region that sells pre-made crepes? I could use any and all suggestions!

Really it is so easy to make them yourself! Seriously. You whip up the batter in a blender and let it sit for a bit and cook them basically the same way you do pancakes, flipping them. The fact that you roll them up with filling and then cover them with a sauce means that all of your mistakes are easily hidden.

Agree. They're really easy. The trick is having a properly shaped pan. Not 100% essential but it will increase your success rate.

There's a place in the RTM, or was, several years ago. Needed to buy some for my sons french class.
