I have a French recipe for a mound of crepes with a mushroom and spinach filling, which would be great for a dinner party for my vegetarian friends. However, I'm not talented enough to make crepes from scratch.

Does anyone know a place in the South Jersey/Philadelphia region that sells pre-made crepes? I could use any and all suggestions!

  1. There's a place in the RTM, or was, several years ago. Needed to buy some for my sons french class.

    1. Really it is so easy to make them yourself! Seriously. You whip up the batter in a blender and let it sit for a bit and cook them basically the same way you do pancakes, flipping them. The fact that you roll them up with filling and then cover them with a sauce means that all of your mistakes are easily hidden.

Agree. They're really easy. The trick is having a properly shaped pan. Not 100% essential but it will increase your success rate.
