Whole Animal Caterers

I'm looking for a caterer who will help cook and serve at an event where I'd like to roast a whole lamb or perhaps a quarter of a cow. Does anyone know anybody in Northern California who has done this before? I don't mind supplying the meat myself but I don't want to worry about preparing it and serving it in the days leading up to the event or during the event itself.

          A friend and I had breakfast at Mateo Granados booth at the Santa Rosa farmers market yesterday. He said that vintner Lou Preston has 12 lambs ready for slaughter and he'd be butchering them soon. Preston Vineyards is certified organic and the lambs and goats are top notch. If your event is soon, you might want to get in touch with Granados to reserve one.
