Gluten free and raw goat milk
Moving to SF from Philadelphia. Say what you will about the trash here, but it's an excellent and enlightened food city. Just got back from my Saturday morning routine of walking to get raw goat's milk, gluten free Estrella Daura beer (only gluten free beer that's worth drinking), and an Italian hoagie on gluten free bread. All this was available within 4 blocks of my house. My wife and I will be living in the Japantown area.
C'mon SF...show me how good you are. Where can I get all these products?
I know there are a couple gluten free bakeries that sell products to shops. The only one I remember off hand is this one: http://cravebakery.com/ Also- check out Rainbow Grocery http://www.rainbow.coop/

I know this was a while ago, but I am looking for raw goats milk. Can you tell me where you bought it?

I order mine from a CSA and it's delivered on Tuesdays to a house in the Inner Sunset. There is also a Castro drop off point. CSA is called Real Food Bay Area and the milk comes from Claravale Dairy. You can also now buy it at Rainbow grocery. They get their deliveries in on Tuesday and Thursday and it goes quick. Good choice on the Goat's Milk. Healthier than cow's milk and digests much more easily.

Mariposa Baking now has a stand inside the Ferry Building with gluten free pastries. And as noted on another thread, Arizmendi Bakery offers many gluten free items.
