Good Chinese Dessert place in the South Bay??

Are there any good Chinese Dessert places in the South Bay? We moved to Cupertino a year ago and was amazed to not see one anywhere around. Breaktime Desserts used to be in Cupertino but that closed. We used to go to this place called Bolansa (HK style desserts) in Milpitas but that also closed just recently.

Any other places around that we should know about?

across from Costco. We've gotten shaved ices with green tea ice cream and red bean which are yummy. I haven't tried their baked things yet.

I miss Breaktime too! The souffles served with vanilla cream were delicious. And the egg puffs were crispy and hot.
