Nice Sushi Bar Recs?
(I originally asked about Katsu-ya but thought I'd start a new thread to ask for other suggestions as well.)
My boss told me to take my hubby to dinner on the company card and he wants to do a nice sushi dinner. I can spend $300-350 with tip and drinks. Hubby can't eat shellfish so he does fish based items, and I prefer shellfish items like scallops, oysters, shrimp, etc. but I'll eat mild fish items.
What are some other suggestions? We normally go to Omino in chatsworth, Kabuki in Northridge, and Little Brothers in Woodland Hills, so we wanted to try something different. We're in the SFV but are willing to drive over the hill if we can get some great food.
