Friday Harbor/San Juan Island in the Winter

We'll be heading up there soon for a three day weekend. I know many places are seasonal. If you have recommendations for restaurants open during the winter, we'd love to hear them!

Wonder if this is too late for your trip - the Duck Soup Inn (not in Friday Harbor, a little drive) is a marvelous restaurant and caters mainly to island residents so will be open. http://www.ducksoupinn.com/ Very much worth a visit. For casual food in Friday Harbor, I am very partial to The Market Chef - http://www.facebook.com/pages/Market-Chef/85150519608 . Coho is also worth going, but they have limited hours - look at their site: http://cohorestaurant.com/
