Passionfruit

Hi-

I am having trouble locating a passionfruit in Manhattan. I would prefer the UES but am willing to travel. I have asked in many of the major markets, such as Agata and Valentina, Graces Marketplace etc. and all have said that they are having trouble getting them.

    It's hard to get fresh passion fruit in NYC. I see them occasionally at Dean & Deluca in SoHo but not as of yesterday when I visited. Your best bet is to get the frozen purees from either online (I do like Perfect Puree's http://www.perfectpuree.com/index.php/Consumer-Home/) or at Kalustyan's.
