Any dinnertime (fresh) dim sum places in Chinatown?

I just read all the comments for this very recent post (http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/754042 ) and am wondering if there exists any server of fresh dim sum in Chinatown during dinnertime hours, say 6-8 PM? I know dim sum is not traditionally served in the evening, and if it is it's usually inedible leftovers from the actual dim sum service from earlier in the day.

well, if you don't mind vegetarian - vegetarian dim sum on pell makes everything fresh to order. downside: it's vegetarian (well, it's fine with me but many people would balk at this)
