Searching for olive oil chocolate mousse recipe

I came across a really interesting recipe years ago for a Spanish chocolate mousse, but can't for the life of me remember where I saw it. I know it incorporated bittersweet chocolate, olive oil, eggs, and grand marnier- no cream. It was dense, rich, peppery - really fantastic. I've looked around online and nothing I've come across looks quite right. Anyone out there have a good recipe? Thanks!

I love this one. It's from a Jewish Spanish cookbook and was printed in the New York Times about 4 years ago . Just use grand marnier instead of the Passover brandy.

I remember the one from the NYTimes. I made it at the time, it was pretty good, but an interesting taste...

Coffee instead of the brandy really improves it.

I like that idea, magiesmom. I'll have to try it next time.

I haven't tried this one, but it caught my eye a couple of days ago on our local NPR station, WBUR.

The chef, Tony Maws, is very well respected so I suspect it's pretty delicious. You could sub Gran Marnier for the brandy.
