Hmm, it might be the group behind Venue nightclub, the Caprice, and others - at least that's who the domain name "burrardliquorstore.com" is owned by.

That would make sense. The Adelphia Group already owns and runs the Crosstown Liquor Store in Tinseltown and the Dover Arms store too. Selection's not great but not bad either.

Walked by on my way home, paper is off the windows, signage is up and someone was stocking the shelves with beverages. It is called Burrard Liquor Store and appears to be an independent carrying wine and spirits.
