Recommendation for lunch in Round Rock?

I need to meet a friend tomorrow near RR Hospital (on 620, west of 35) and would be very grateful for suggestions. Thanks!

      It's not bad and a good deal for lunch. I think the Chronicle did a short piece on it last year.
