About Pho Ga at Turtle Tower with "intestines"...
There is a thread going on about where to find the best pho in the Bay Area and someone mentioned getting Pho Ga with intestines at Quan Ngon. Apparently, the "intestines" are actually gizzards, liver and unborn egg. Is that the case at Turtle Tower? I have always wanted to try it, as I LOVE their regular Pho Ga, but I am a bit wary of intestines. I'm not so wary of gizzards and liver. Can anyone enlighten me?

I've only been to Turtle Tower once. I did not order pho.
However, I did order a side dish of chicken intestines. I enjoyed them, though they were not as good as pork intestines.
They really were intestines, NOT gizzards/live/unborn egg.
Don't be so wary -- dive right in!

It's mostly eggs/livers/gizzards. I think I remember a small amount of tubular-looking stuff that's probably intestine, but there certainly wasn't much of it.
