Good vegi restaurants in SLC?
What are some good vegi restaurants you know in SLC? I have been vegetarian for two years and I'm looking for some good restaurants to go out to. Any recommendations? If anyone knows a place with vegi orange chicken or anything else along those lines I would love you forever! Let me know :)

Also, completely forgot Kathmandu (http://www.thekathmandu.net/). We've been eating there extensively lately, really good. Half the menu is Vegi friendly.

Yes to Sages, Vertical Diner and LL Veg House.
While not strictly veg, Mazza is awesome http://www.mazzacafe.com/

Sages Cafe (http://www.sagescafe.com/) always get a lot of plaudits although I've never tried it personally. I've never been to Vertical Diner either (www.verticaldiner.com) but they too have their fans.
While not specifically a vegi restaurant The Copper Onion (http://www.thecopperonion.com) is a fantastic restaurant and the guys there treat the vegetable dishes Iwith just as much respect as the meat dishes. The fried egg on potato sticks is wonderful. They have other vegi options and you can their vegi sides to are knock outs.
Long Life Vegi House on 33rd is a 100% vegi Chinese restaurant has been a staple of mine for about ten years now, decent not mindblowing. Our last food there was a bit under par though and I wonder if they changed ownership.
